Business Media China AG: Settlement in lawsuit with Julius Bär Kapitalanlage AG

Business Media China AG and Julius Bär Kapitalanlage AG have settled a lawsuit, pending since 2001, proposed by the court of appeal in Frankfurt am Main.
In 2001 Dino entertainment AG (as from 2002 due to change of company name: CNV AG; as from 2005 due to change of company name: Business Media China AG) sued Julius Bär Kapitalanlage AG for damages. Plaintiff lost the case in the Lower Court in Frankfurt am Main and appealed with a claim of more than EURO 6.5 million before the parties settled the case as follows:
1. Julius Bär Kapitalanlage AG pays to Business Media China AG EURO 1,000,000.00 plus 5% interest since 16 October 2001.
2. Plaintiff pays 85% of costs, defendant pays 15% of costs.
Therewith the legal dispute is settled, whereof the legal ground is dated back in the days of Dino entertainment AG.
