The prospectus has been accepted by the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) on June 27, 2008. A full version of the prospectus is published on the website of Business Media China AG (www.businessmediachina.com), according to § 12 Abs. 1 Satz 1 WpPG and § 14 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 a WpPG.
The shares will accepted for trade probably as of July 11, 2008 on the regulated market of the Frankfurt stock exchange (General Standard). As of the day of the quotation, probably July 14, 2008, they will be equal to ISIN DE0005250401.
